Connect Pinellas in partnership with Lakewood Estates Civic Association and Keep Pinellas Beautiful participated in the clean up of the Lakewood Trail Connector, a much neglected pedestrian only trail between 31st S and US 19 (34st S) under I-275.

In partnership with the Florida Bicycle Association we fitted and handed out 46 free helmets to children (and a few adults) at Westgate Elementary’s PTA Carnival. We also donated 2 bikes to Westgate’s PTA raffle, to fundraise for the Title 1 school’s educational resources next year.
